This policy explains how Physio Mentor ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use physiomentor.co.uk, book a call with us, or contact us. We are committed to handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

2. The information we collect

  • Booking information. When you book a clinic health check through our booking calendar, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any information you choose to share about your clinic.
  • Correspondence. If you email us or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and embedded services may collect your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We do not collect any patient data or clinical records through this website.

3. How we use your information

  • To schedule and run your clinic health check call.
  • To respond to your enquiries.
  • To send you information about our mentoring services where you have asked us to, or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting you as a business owner who has expressed interest. You can opt out at any time.
  • To keep the website secure and improve how it works.

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (booking and delivering your call), legitimate interests (running and improving our business, business-to-business communication) and consent (where you have opted in to marketing).

5. Third-party services we use

This website uses a small number of third-party services which may process your data:

  • LeadConnector (HighLevel): powers our booking calendar and stores the details you submit when booking a call.
  • Elfsight: displays Google reviews of Functional Movement Physio on this site.
  • Google Fonts: provides the typefaces used on this site.

These providers act as data processors and may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK adequacy regulations.

6. Cookies

Our embedded services (such as the booking calendar and reviews widget) may set cookies necessary for them to function. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work without them.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as needed to deliver our services and maintain our business records, and no longer than necessary. If you enquire but do not become a client, we will not keep your details indefinitely.
